A hot breakfast surprise!

The location was perfect for exploring local attractions, and the comfortable air conditioning was a blessing . We also enjoyed the gym, albeit limited to cardio equipment.

The loud staff in the mornings disrupted the peace. Some lights were out in our room, and I was concerned about cleanliness from previous guests.

Location: the hotel was close enough to the waterfalls and colleges and another lake. Very amiable and knowledgeable folks at the reception desk. My room included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, tea and coffee making equipment...

We had an enjoyable stay at this small hotel. The breakfast was hot with a great selection of items. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, they provided a good service.

Cool stay but needs some upgrades

Stayed for 3 nights with my fam. The hot breakfast was delish, and we loved the air conditioning in our room. The shower stuff was great too! Just wish the bathroom looked a bit fresher, though. The laundry option was super handy for our trip! Might need some serious updates overall.

This hotel was ok but it was a little out of the way from the main street. We were close to the lake which was nice

There was no restaurant

We enjoyed the great breakfast and friendly front desk staff.

When I arrived, my room was dirty and had an abandoned sock in the drawer. Honestly, it was almost better than the roach I saw in the first room. Absolutely unacceptable! I even woudl ve been satisfied with a complimentary gesture for all my troubles, but of course, no such luck. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

Breakfast options were limited. Despite this, the on-site laundry was a great convenience. Although the staff was friendly, the wait times for assistance were frustrating, especially arriving late at night and having to wait for someone to open the door. It would greatly enhance the experience if these aspects were improved.

We loved the area. Beautiful lake and enjoyed the hotel and breakfast!

The breakfast was a highlight for our family, with hot options that everyone enjoyed. Our room had comfortable air conditioning, and the shower amenities were much appreciated. Plus, the added convenience of on-site laundry.

My children wished the pool area wasn't so crowded.

Especially appreciated the hot tub! We came for one night, but ended up staying two due to the weather. Sitting in the hot tub, knowing it was snowing outside, was delightful!

The shower ammenities were also a nice touch. It felt homey, and the convenience of on-site laundry was a big plus for our family.

vending machines were out of order.

Friendliness, helpfulness, fine service, good and tasty food, ... Thank you! Every worker was top-drawer welcoming and helpful.

Bugs were a pain in and out.
